Mahsa Haghighi is a Clinical Research Assistant in the Neurology Department at the Ottawa Neuromuscular Center where she works with Dr. Lochmuller’s clinical research team at the OHRI. Mahsa completed a bachelor in Midwifery (Iran, 2016) and a Master’s in Genetic Counselling (Italy, 2022). Her Master’s research focused on Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) for Monogenic disorders.
Mahsa is passionate about improving our understanding of neuromuscular diseases and supporting people affected by them.
