Nasteho Abdoulkader
Research Coordinator
Email NastehoNasteho joined the Lochmüller research group as a research coordinator assisting with lab management and coordinating the administrative operations of the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Neuromuscular Disease (CNMD), co-led by Dr. Lochmüller and Dr. Mireille Khacho.
Nasteho recently completed her PhD in Dr. Catelas’ lab studying the immunometabolic mechanisms activated in macrophages exposed to metal implant wear and corrosion products. She has a strong interest in contributing to translational research, collaborating across scientific disciplines and working in fast-paced environments.
